Malfunction is determined by no common voltage applied when turning the power supply on.

Outside cause (noise, etc.)
Troubleshooting
Note: The applicable part of motorized valve is displayed via rotary switch [01].
Turn the power supply off once
and then back on.
Keep using as it is. (Could
be outside error other than
malfunction.)
Correct the connection.
