Confirm the refrigerant is R-407C or R-22
(1) Check wall thickness of copper tube (Refer to the table "Wall
thickness of refrigerant pipe")
(2) Maintain cleanliness inside of pipe.
(3) Make sure to conduct N
2 blowing when brazing is required.
(4)
Pay attention on pipe flaring and oil to be coated on flared section.
(5) Be sure to use torque wrench.
(1) Make sure to conduct air tight test.
(2) Confirm the pressure of 3.2 MPa does not decrease for 24 hours.
(In case the design pressure of 3.2 MPa)
(1) Vacuum grade is -755 mmHg or lower
(2) Use dedicated vacuum pump
Preparation of documents and drawings in accordance with local
codes and standard.
(1) Confirm the correct amount of refrigerant.
(2) Be sure to charge refrigerant in liquid phase.
