Malfunction is detected from the temperature detected by discharge pipe temperature
thermistor.

Decision
Conditions
When a short circuit or an open circuit in the discharge pipe temperature thermistor is detected.
Supposed
Causes
! Defect of thermistor (R2T) for outdoor unit discharge pipe
! Defect of outdoor unit PC board (A1P)
Troubleshooting
∗ Refer to thermistor resistance / temperature characteristics table on P226.

Be sure to turn off power switch before connect or disconnect connector,
or parts damage may be occurred.
Caution
Resistance
is normal when
measured after
disconnecting the
thermistor R2T from the
outdoor unit PC board.
(5.0kΩ~640kΩ)
Replace outdoor unit PC board
(A1P).
Connect the thermistor and turn
on again.
Replace the thermistor (R2T).
Connector
is connected to
X12A of outdoor unit
PC board
(A1P).
