Does the fuse on outdoor uni

etc. has continuity?
If LED-A continues blinking after that,
normal. (Noise, etc. may have entered.
Refer to the example of noise
described in Malfunction 7-1.)
Is outdoor unit data displayed with No.2
transmission wire disconnected and transmission
monitor connected to terminal board of outdoo
unit?
Recheck the power supply.
Is voltage normally output fro
the secondary side of transformer?
Replace the transformer.
Replace the fuse.
