Turn off the power and turn it on

PCB.
Replace the fan motor.
Correct the connectors and
fan motor leads.

WARNING
To cool down the electricals, the
outdoor unit fan gets started when
the radiation fin temperature rises
above 100˚C and stops itself
when it drops below 85˚C.
